What is Genetics (Part-II)

It is the branch of Science (Biology) that deals with the Heredity and Variations.

The knowledge of Genetics is the modern one and starts from the work Mendel, known as "Father of Genetics". It makes Genetics as a subject to Study and Research.

What is Heredity ?

Heredity is actually the resemblance shown by the offspring to their Parents. e.g The fertilized egg of a Frog a Snail and a Fish, all under normal condition reproduce the same bodily structures and these structure having same characteristic like their Parents.

What is Variation ?

In day to day life we see that no two individual of a species (A group of Interbreeding animals) are exactly alike. Sister and Brother born of same Parents, Kittens of same letter (Small young Cats born in a single progeny) and even twins are never exactly similar but show differences by which they can be readily distinguished with one another or the differences between closely related organisms.
